It shows Allen Ruff, the nastiest bully on the Madison activism scene, sucker-punching Mike Delaney because Allen didn't like Mike's "Israel Did 9/11" T-shirt. (Allen Ruff fancies himself a peace activist, but this isn't the first time he has assaulted someone he didn't agree with.)
